As you know, I've been doing Weight Watchers. For the last 90 days, I've been focusing on food and haven't worked out or thought of my daily steps. That's about to change. With my weight loss now at -21 pounds, I want to start working on adding exercise to my routine. The easiest way for me to do this is to wear my FitBit and hit my daily step goal.

To follow me on Fitbit, just friend my HERE. The challenge kicks off on Monday. I am aiming to hit 55,000 steps a week. At the end of each week (May 7, 14, 21, 28) I'll be sharing my weekly numbers on my Facebook and Instagram. You can share yours there too, just use the hashtag #mwmmstepchallenge on social media so I can find your posts and cheer on your hard work. If you don't have a FitBit, you can still join us. Track your steps and share them online with photos and this challenge's specific hashtag.
