My New Adventure :: Jamberry

Just when I thought my life couldn't get any more full, I went and added another hat to my rotation! As of Monday, I'm officially in business for myself and family as a Jamberry Consultant. And before you say "Here we go again! Another person wrapped up in direct sales.", let me share the what, how and why of my new adventure.

The story of Jamberry Nails begins with three sisters who possess distinct personal tastes, but share a love for style. After an expensive afternoon together at the nail salon, Lyndsey, Christy and Keri vowed to find a simpler, more cost effective way to keep their hands looking polished, while still spending time together.

After lots of trial and error, the proprietary nail wraps of Jamberry Nails launched in late 2010. The DIY, at-home application and incredible variety of designs caught on quickly and sales soared. A new era of nail art was born.

Gone are the days of nails that chip and flake after only a few days! Gone are the days of the single colored manicure. Gone are the mani/pedis that take all afternoon and most of your cash too! Jamberry nail wraps arm you with style and confidence while demanding very little of your time or money.

Are you wondering what made me take the leap into starting my own business and why I choose Jamberry? Here is why: as a SAHM, I have been experiencing a sense of "what's next?". Before Connor, I worked full time out of the house. While I don't want to a typical 9-5 that would keep me away from home, not to mention Connor, too, I thought I would start with something small and work my way up as I see fit. With Jamberry, I'll be calling the shots and can work as little or as much as I want. I can work from home and don't have to worry about Connor going to daycare, needing sick days off or working family events into a work schedule.

I choose Jamberry from all the other direct sales options for one reason: it fits into my lifestyle. As a wife, mom and blogger, I wanted to support a product that I would be proud to wear, use and promote. As a busy Mom to an always on the go 2 year old, I don't have to time to visit the nail salon, making Jamberry nails my go to manicure solution ... the in the comfort of my own home. I joined Jamberry because I love their products - reasonably priced, super cute, no dry time, and easy to apply! Jamberry nails are the perfect addition to any outfit. Wedding, graduation, date night or holiday, there is a Jamberry vinyl perfect for every occasion.

Another selling point for me was that the product itself is inexpensive. As a one income family, it's important to us to spend our money wisely. A visit to the nail salon can run upwards to $45+ and usually ends up with chips and smudges within the first 2 days. For that amount, you can 4 sheets of vinyls (buy 3 at $15 and get a 4th one free) that will provide 2-3 manicures per page! That's the equivalent of spending less than $5 (!!!) on a fun, fresh manicure that will last 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.

Hosting a Jamberry party is EASIER than you ever imagine thanks to Facebook. I'm currently scheduling Facebook parties to get my name out there as a new consultant. I do all the work and you reap the benefits. How it works: I create the event on Facebook and you invite friends. We play games, win prizes and as the host, you walk away with FREE Jamberry vinyls and nail care just for hanging out with friends online for an hour or so. Easy enough right?

If you are interested in free Jamberry product and want to schedule an online party, please reach out! I've created a new email for all things Jamberry so that your correspondence doesn't get lost. Let's schedule a party today: StephanieJAMS@outlook.com. And if you would like to try Jamberry for yourself, complete this sample request form and I'll get one out to you in the mail ASAP!
