Moodstruck Younique 3D Lash Review

I have one word for you: Younique. You've heard of them, right? Because unless you've lived under a rock, you have a sister, family member or friend selling their products. It’s a newer company and they sell products like brushes and mineral makeup like eyeshadow, blush, and a slew of other beauty products. I'm fairly certain every woman I know is in a constant state of searching for the worlds best lashes. Younique makes a product called “Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes.” that has changed the way you will wear mascara. I was excited when Gina provided me the chance to review the product and I wanna sure with you my thoughts.

The little kit with the lashes arrived in a case with a “transplanting gel” and a “fiber lash”. There is 2 ways that you could wear the lashes. Option A) apply your favorite mascara, followed by a coat of the transplanting gel with a coat of fiber lash. Add an additional coat of the gel to lock in your fibers and repeat as desired or Option B) apply a transplanting gel followed by the fiber lash. Add an additional coat of the gel to lock in your fibers and again, repeat as desired. Both options will give you longer fuller looking lashes. However, I like Option B. I was able to get a cleaner, finished look this way.

My left lashes have been given just one coat of the gel and fibers. Within seconds, you can see how fuller, thicker and longer my lashes appear. My right lashes are completely bare.

With a few swipes of the wand, my eye makeup is complete. Most days, I just wear mascara because let's face it, play dates and story time don't really call for a glam look. Younique has provided me a more finished look with noticeable lashes with little to no effort on my end.

Here is the product inform direct from Younique's site:
Our simple three-step process combines Transplanting Gel and Natural Fibers to help create the appearance of incredible thickness and volume to your existing lashes. Watch as your lashes transform into something you have only dreamed of! The 3D Fiber Lashes are water resistant but easily washes off with warm water and facial cleanser at the end of the day. Try it! It will quickly become your favorite makeup must-have!

My final thoughts? This is a 5 start makeup product. In the beginning I was worried I was going to be reviewing a $29 beauty product that didn't deliver the results. But I was (happily) wrong. I found that Younique to be easy to apply, resulting in a polished look and they stay on the entire day (just like regular mascara). Overall, Younique Moodstruck 3D Lashes are a fantastic product to keep in your makeup kit. Have you tried 3D lashes before? What do you think of my results?
