Audubon Aquarium of the Americas

James has been doing some traveling for work and we are able to tag along from time to time. Two weeks ago, we got to spend 5 days in New Orleans. Although, NOLA itself isn't really my style, the city did have something I was dying to visit.

Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (longest aquarium name say what?) was about 15 minutes from where we were staying so while Daddy was away, Mommy and CJ played.

Penguins are my favorite animal found at zoos and aquariums//Connor was amazed with the cases full of fish//I have a thing for coral and all things ocean//When he has had enough, he always always puts his legs up

Momma and Baby inside the skeleton of a shark's mouth//Captain Cox at your services//Climbing everything he can find, including turtles//Serious face//A pretty little fishy

Being a Captain is funny business//This fish was so ugly//More underwater plants//We should invest in a climbable turtle since someone spent 25 minutes playing with it//Hootie-free blow fish

The family is off to Colorado next week and we are staying close to the Denver aquarium and zoo. Guess where baby and I will be? #roughlife

  1. What an awesome place! I went with my hubby on all his residency interviews. Baby and I explored all the new places to shop. Have fun in Colorado!

  2. We love aquariums! So much so that we have a membership to the one close to us. We go at least once a week!
Oh my gosh, C's non-verbal cues are hilarious. Legs up, "I'm over it." HA!
