As a first time Mom (and like most parents in general), I can't stop taking pictures of our son. Not only do I use my phone but I carry my camera with us wherever we go. I don't want to miss a thing. At any moment Connor could do something for the first time or make a facial expression that is too good to not photograph. I have titled myself a Momarazzi.

As much as I love taking photos, I'm no where near a pro at it. I just enjoy the time with Connor and seeing his smile (or not). But one thing I would like to do more of this year is take GOOD photos of our family to share on this blog and with our friends/family. So many of the ladies in my life love getting a framed photo. Now, there is no way I can afford to have a professional take photos on a monthly basis so I've decided to step up and do it myself.

On Wednesday, Connor and I had a little photo shoot. Here are a few of my favorites:

My favorite one is the last one. It's like his is looking at me and saying, "Mom? Really? You're a nut job!" I had so much fun. I'm hoping the more I practice the better I get. No to mention, I want this little guy to love the camera.

Any of my readers who would like to share some tips, feel free! Email me at sacox65 at gmail dot com.

  1. You did such a good job, lady friend!
1 and 2 are my favorites!
Man do I love my boo!!

  2. Seriously HOW CUTE IS HE! My little guy is almost 7 months old....and seems HUGE....these pics make me wish he was still little tiny :)) New follower :))
